Chief Architect
- 10-15 years of software development experience building and scaling web applications
- Solid experience in successfully building technical architectures and extensive operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the architecture, design, development, testing, delivery of highly available, large scale, high performance web / mobile applications.
- Define, develop and participate in writing code, as well as lead other developers to make company’s vision a reality.
Head of Engineering
- Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business.
- 15-20 years of progressive software development and leading experience building and scaling web /mobile applications
- Act as a technical lead and assist in design direction for development implementation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and collaborate with both direct and indirect reports; ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs.
E-Commerce Expert
- 7-15 years of software development experience building and scaling eCommerce applications
- Define, develop and participate in writing code as well as responsible for unit testing.
- Acts as a platform expert, supporting the overall strategic roadmap to build innovative solutions and support business objectives
- Conducts idea generation, gap identification, feature prioritization, and feature definition for web/mobile products.
